Michael Newberg (Co-Director): Mike is studying Sociology and Anthropology at Colgate University in Hamilton, NY and is currently in his sophomore year. He is involved on campus in the Theta Chi Fraternity, which sponsors a number of philanthropy events, and also served as president of his freshman residence hall. Mike has been involved with community service and volunteer work since high school, focusing mainly on the homeless. In 2007, he produced an 11-minute documentary, “The Homeless Among Us,” chronicling the lives of the homeless in Western New York. Mike is also involved in intramural sports, is a member of the National Honor Society, and is one of the founders of Campus National, a company that provides affordable summer storage and other services to college students. |

David Newberg (Co-Director):
David is in his last semester at Ithaca College where he studies International and Intercultural Communications and Art History. He is a co-founder of the comedy troupe, CannibalPotluck.com and one of the founders of Campus National, a company that provides affordable summer storage and other services to college students. Dave worked with the Jewish Civics Initiative and served as president of the B'nai Brith Youth Organization during high-school and still seeks opportunities to serve his community, most recently dealing with the poor condition of student housing and the dangers of asbestos in Ithaca, NY. |
